Orders are typically dispatched within 4 business days from our warehouse in Buenos Aires, Argentina. During collection launches, promotional periods, or local public holidays, dispatch times may be extended by up to 2 weeks.
Before completing your purchase, please ensure that your shipping address and selected sizes are correct. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes and cannot be held responsible for orders placed with incorrect details.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer worldwide free shipping for orders $250 and over. Duties and taxes are not included and will be charged directly to you by your local customs office. 

SHIPPING COSTS
You can calculate shipping costs by entering your postal code at checkout. This will allow you to see the exact shipping rate for your order via DHL.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping cost and may apply once your order reaches your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We like to be transparent: estimated import taxes for the United States are around 24% (10% IEEPA + 14.9% for our product category, including lingerie, sleepwear, and similar items). The exact amount will be determined by your local customs office and is the customer’s responsibility. Customs does not always charge the full amount.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link and delivery updates from the courier.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, DUNAS cannot be held responsible for orders once they have been signed for, as this constitutes proof of delivery. We are also not responsible if a signature is waived and the parcel is left in a secure location but cannot later be located.

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to Argentina by the courier, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs as well as the cost of reshipping the order.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Customs duties and taxes are determined by the local customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the customer prior to delivery.
We recommend contacting your local customs office to review any applicable duties or taxes before placing your order. If these charges are refused, the order will be returned to our studio, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the cost of reshipping the order.
